Job Summary
Empathy School Bali is seeking a passionate, nurturing, and creative Early Years Teacher to join its vibrant learning community. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and child-centered learning environment that supports the holistic development of young learners. The teacher will inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence while fostering social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children in the Early Years Programme.

Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes exploration, creativity, and independent learning.

Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.

Implement play-based and inquiry-based learning approaches.

Observe, assess, and document student progress and developmental milestones.

Differentiate instruction to meet the individual learning needs of students.

Establish positive and effective communication with parents and caregivers.

Maintain a safe, stimulating, and well-organized classroom environment.
